Returns and Refunds
Our products are made with love and care. We take great pride in ensuring and providing quality products to our customers but, we are not always perfect. If you don't 100% fall in love with your purchase you can submit a request for a return or exchange for up to 30 days after the order delivery date.

Start a Return/Customer Service
We will need:
- First and Last name on the order
- Order Number
- Name of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange
- Reason for the return/exchange
- Clear photos of the item(s) you wish to return/exchange
We Only accept Gift Card or Exchange 31 Days After You Receive Your Order
Items returned may be rejected if they do not meet the requirements. Returned item(s) must be:
- Unworn and in original condition
- Has no pet hair, marks or stains which also includes makeup and spray tan
- Must not have any odor such as but not limited to body odor, pet odor, perfume, deodorant, oils, and washing powder
Return
As soon as we have verified that your item(s) have been returned correctly you we send you a gift card to the email attached to the order or a full refund within 48 hours. All purchases made with credited gift cards are non-refundable.
Exchanges
You may exchange one item for another. If the item that is being exchanged for is more expensive than the item being exchanged you will be asked to pay the difference. If the product is less expensive you will be emailed a gift card in the amount of the difference.
Defective Item
Here at KrazeBuggie we treat or products with the utmost care with premium quality control. However, in the unlikely event of receiving a faulty item we ask that you email us within 30 days of receiving your order. We will resend the order at no cost to you or will issue a gift card of the same value which ever is preferred.
Examples of defects include:
- Unsewn seams
- Damaged segments
- Broken
- Holes
- Missing Parts
KrazeBuggie is NOT responsible for or liable for:
- Lost, stolen, or misplaced item(s)
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Additional Notes:
- Any and all shipping fees are non-refundable
- In the event of a refund or exchange the customer is responsible shipping cost
- We do not provide shipping labels
